Platinum Home Care is a New and Innovative Care Company.

Our Mission is simply to create a more efficient method of providing care to those who need it most.

We now require an exceptional Care Manager who will assist in growing and managing a team of motivated, compassionate carers in the Kildare area. You will be fully supported by our Platinum Support Centre.

As the successful candidate, you will be highly motivated to provide high quality care to vulnerable people and will have appropriate experience in working and maintaining high standards.

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversight of the provision of Platinum Standard Care to vulnerable people living in their own homes in Kildare.
  • Prepare and deliver Platinum 20-hour Carer Induction Training ensuring Carers are prepared and ready to provide care.
  • Ensure, over time that all staff are capable and confident to carry out their roles by identifying development and training needs.
  • Ensure that Client reviews are carried out and recorded in line with Platinum Standards and the HSE
  • Flexibility to take responsibility for all reasonable duties that support the provision of the highest level of care by Platinum Home


  • QQI Level 6 Health Services Supervisory Management Skills (or higher)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organised and process-driven.
  • IT & PC Skills
  • 3-5 years experience in the Home Care Sector or Community Care Sector

Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
